AdvisoryDue to Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project construction, there are impacts to entrances and parking lots. Between 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., please use the South Entrance near Emergency or the temporary Main Entrance which can be accessed through the Parkade Level P2. Drop-off and pick-up stalls are available at both parking lots. If you’re coming by bus, please use the South Entrance. For after-hours between 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., park in the Emergency Parking Lot and enter through the Emergency entrance. |
Burnaby Hospital is a large community hospital which provides a full range of primary and secondary acute care services as well as a number of specialized services such as 24/7 emergency care, general and internal medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, level one and two obstetrics, neonatal intensive care and tertiary palliative care, adult psychiatry, ambulatory care and other outpatient clinics.

- We are a smoke and scent-free environment. Please avoid perfume, cologne or scented flowers when visiting.
- Fraser Health prohibits self-management (injection, inhalation/smoking or other means) of illicit drugs in hospitals or hospital sites outside of designated overdose prevention services and sites. If you need assistance in learning about our overdose prevention sites please visit the webpage here, or speak to your health care provider.
- If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to an infectious disease, please do not visit.
- Patients are provided with shared rooms.
- The cafeteria has grab-and-go sandwiches and snacks and Tim Hortons serves pastries and beverages (Monday - Saturday, 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.)

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Open visiting hours, but please be considerate of other patients who may need rest.
