Password Change Instructions - Fraser Health Extranet - External Users

If you can't log into the Fraser Health Extranet your password may have expired. Follow the instructions belowe to change your password. 

1. At the SharePoint login page, check off the option "I want to change my password" after logging on.
2. Enter your login information.
3. Click "Log On".
   
4. Enter your old password.
5. Enter a new password.
6. Enter the new password again to confirm
7. Click "Change Password".
   
8. After you have successfully changed your password you will see the screen below:
   
9. Click "Continue" and you will be redirected to your SharePoint site.

If you continue to have problems logging in or changing your password, please call the Service Desk at 604.585.5544.  Have the answers to your authentication questions ready (provided during your setup).
