The following fees are related to land use and onsite sewage:

Sewerage System Filing Fee (non refundable)

  $200 each
Holding Tank Permit  $400 each
Subdivision Fee (where applicable)  $200 per application plus $100 per lot
Copy of Sewage Permit / Filing / Maintenance Plan  $50 each
Restrictive Covenants – Request for Removal  $200 each
