A Good Night's Sleep

Bookmark and Share

Lack of sleep affects children’s learning. Children need about 9-10 hours sleep a night.

To help your child get enough sleep:

  • Set a regular bed time routine
  • Have a quiet time 30 minutes before bedtime (read, warm bath, etc)
  • Avoid caffeine-containing soft drinks and chocolate.
  • Provide a cool, dark, quiet room
