The Cascades Community has 109 beds with a total of 95 public subsidized long-term care beds and 14 private pay beds.
Features
| Room features | Single and double occupant rooms available. All rooms in the residential neighbourhood include a bed, four-drawer dresser and an armoire and side table. Basic linens and built-in ceiling lifts are provided. Assisted living rooms are unfurnished and offer a blank slate for a new beginning for our new tenants. Hospice rooms are fully furnished and a kitchen is available in the hospice area where family can cook and enjoy some shared time. Residents can bring lift chairs and small furniture as needed in the resident portion. We welcome new residents and tenants to hang pictures and bring their personal items from home. Assisted living tenants can bring their furniture and other comforts from home to fill their new suite. In-room television, telephone and Wi-Fi available. |

| Social and recreation programs | Daily recreational activities are offered including music therapy, exercises, various social activities and games. Bus trips and some mall trips are offered weekly. |

| Pets | Pets are permitted onsite. Cascades has a pet visitation policy and there are currently some pets in the assisted living neighbourhood. |
