Our purpose is to establish a partnership in care with the residents and family members of Fellburn Care Centre and the staff with whom we work.
We strive to add quality and meaning to the lives of those who reside within our community through health care, recreation and spiritual support. Over the years, we have made significant improvements to better meet the needs of our residents and their families.
Fellburn Care Centre is proud to constantly enhance the quality of care while enabling residents to access medical services previously unavailable at our site. We continue to maintain skills such as peripherally inserted central catheters, intravenous hydration, tracheostomy care, CPAP/BIPAP and complex care to support and provide those needs in our care community. We are proud of these improvements and the benefits that they provide our residents and staff.
Staff describe a sense of pride in their enhanced workplace. The care community upgrades support our skilled, compassionate and committed staff to provide high-quality care to an increasingly complex resident population.
Our care community is a multi-cultural site. Not only are our residents from all different backgrounds, but our staff have different cultural backgrounds to support our resident population.
Fellburn Care Centre is owned and operated by the Fraser Health Authority and has 81 publicly subsidized long-term care beds. There are 10 single occupancy, 16 double occupancy and 10 multiple occupancy rooms.

| Room features | All rooms contain a bed, bedside table, bedside chair, mattress and bed linens. Residents may bring personal photos, a small radio, a 20 inch television, bedspreads and linens. |

| Parking and transportation | Free onsite and street parking for visitors. Public transit nearby. |

Programs
| Social and recreation programs | We are proud to have a recreational team that provides social and recreational programs to our residents. We collaborate with our community to ensure that our residents do not lose ties with events occurring in the community. Fellburn also has a bus for external outings. Our recreation team works with each of our residents to ensure that they can participate in the outing according to their functional level. |
| Spiritual program | Fellburn has a spiritual care coordinator that supports our residents. If and when a unique situation arises and we have limited resources our staff will coordinate with the community for further support. |
| Pets | Pets allowed upon pet application completion and immunization information is provided. |
Additional services (additional fees may apply)
| Hairdressing | Hair salon or barber by appointment with associated fee. |
| Foot and nail care | Foot care nurse services available by appointment with associated fee. |
| Additional services | For an additional fee, there is an onsite occupational therapy, companion services, physiotherapy and social worker.. |
