*If you have difficulty paying for parking, financial hardship permits may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please talk to your unit social worker for more information or contact Parking Administration at 604-930-5440 (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) or email LMCParking@fraserhealth.ca.
Please note: the 1 month permit option at the pay station requires a coupon code. See onsite patient ambassador for coupon code and additional details.
Hours of operation
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Walk-in hours, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday and Statutory holidays, closed.
Referral
Physician referral and requisition form required; call lab in advance to confirm tests and availability.
Fees
Some tests are not covered by the BC Medical Service Plan (MSP). Patients not covered by MSP or other provincial health care, will be required to pay for all tests.
Language (s) Offered
English; interpreters may be available with advance notice. Printed blood and urine collection instructions are available in a variety of languages.
