Opened in 2007, the Czorny Alzheimer Centre is a purpose-built long-term care community providing a home environment for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia to continue to live and thrive.
We embrace a person-centred, compassionate and gentle persuasive approach in dementia care.
Czorny is operated by the Fraser Health Authority and has 72 publicly subsidized long-term care beds. All rooms are single occupancy rooms.
