Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Eligibility
For children under 19 years of age.
Referral
If you have concerns with your child's hearing, referrals can be made by you or by a health or education professional to your local public health audiology (hearing) clinic by completing a referral form.
