Guildford Seniors Village has 98 long-term care beds; 60 publicly subsidized. There are 90 single occupancy and four double occupancy rooms.

| Room features | Mobility friendly studio with ensuite and high ceilings; furniture includes an armoire, dresser, chair, night table lamp and night light. Linen, pillows and towels provided. We encourage residents and families to bring items to personalize one’s suite with their favourite décor or furnishings, including a featured shadow box. |

Wide hallways and building design encircle two inner gardens, offering plenty of natural light, supporting easy access to in house lounges, therapeutic recreation room, and neighborhood socializing pods, dining and outdoor secured gardens. |
