Abbotsford Regional Hospital's stroke prevention clinic is located in the shared clinic area. Enter the hospital from the main entrance, turn left and follow the signs to the Shared Clinic.

Referral
Individuals are generally referred to the clinic by an emergency physician through a central intake line. Patient will be contacted by clinic following physician referral.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fil out questionnaire. Please bring medication list and most recent blood pressure readings
