Good Samaritan Delta View Care Centre is a 296-bed Campus of Care located in the serene farmlands of East Delta.
The 292-bed Campus consists of two care homes, the 212-bed Delta View Life Enrichment Centre and the 80-bed Delta View Habilitation Centre.

Good Samaritan Delta View can cater to clients with different care needs, cultural backgrounds, and culinary requirements. We are pleased to offer different menus including a menu geared towards the South Asian population.
Good Samaritan Delta View has 292 long-term care beds; 212 publicly subsidized. There are 127 single occupancy and 20 double occupancy rooms.
Features
| Room features | Within the Life Enrichment Centre long-term care neighborhoods, each resident room contains an ensuite with shower. All bedrooms have satellite or cable television available as well as a hospital bed, bedside cabinet, armoire wardrobe, cushioned wing chair and study desk. Bay windows have a comfortable seating space with bench seat storage. Residents may also bring a small number of your own personal belongings to complement the room. |
| Accessibility | The two-storey, 216-bed Life Enrichment Centre contains eight neighborhoods of 26 – 27 residents each which are connected via an administration block and four elevators. The single-story 80-bed Habilitation Centre, known for its calming environment, contains two neighborhoods, which both house 40 residents each. |
| Security | All neighborhoods are magnetically locked with keypad access. |

| Parking and transportation | Above ground visitor parking available with public transit nearby. |
| Additional site features | The administrative block of the Life Enrichment Centre houses office and meeting spaces, a commercial kitchen, maintenance and storage areas, hair salon, dental clinic, wellness/physiotherapy centre, the Ian Paton Sr. spiritual centre, a home theatre, conference facilities, a billiards room and a coffee shop. It also contains a nine station hemodialysis centre, for future health authority use. The Habilitation Centre contains education and meeting, hair salon, adult and children daycare spaces. |
