The Hope Transition Society's addictions and prevention program is located on the second floor. Drug and alcohol outpatient clinic services are available to youth and adults dealing with substance abuse. Adult intake is completed by phone or drop-in.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Appointment time may vary.

Eligibility

Youth 12–24 years of age.

Self-referrals accepted.
