Within our 20-acre village community are 250 Independent Living suites, an Assisted Living building and two Long-Term Care buildings.
What sets Elim apart is our integrated approach to provide holistic well-being to residents in a faith-based environment. We know that when older adults are supported and connected appropriately, they can fully embrace the joys of life and confidently face their challenges.
The Emerald is Elim's Assisted Living building, and it houses 109 suites. 53 of the suites are publicly subsidized through Fraser Health, with two different one-bedroom layouts available. A video tour of each layout is available on our website.

| Room features | Each suite is equipped with a kitchenette and has a washer and dryer. Couples are accommodated. |

| Parking and transportation | Outdoor resident parking is available for those who have their own licensed vehicle and carry a valid driver’s license. Onsite visitor parking is available. |

| Additional site features | Elim Village is a 20-acre campus with extensive gardens, water features and walking pathways. There is an onsite doctor’s office and residents of the Emerald are waitlisted and taken on as patients as available. There is a common area telephone, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. |

| Social and recreation | Onsite recreational programs are available. The Emerald also operates a day program for those with early onset memory loss. |

| Spiritual | There is a robust pastoral ministry which incudes hymn sings, bible studies, worship services, fellowships and more. |

| Pets | Resident pets are not permitted but visiting pets are welcome. |
