The centre provides timely, non-emergency treatment for patients in the communities of Chilliwack, Agassiz/Harrison and Hope as well as communities in the Fraser Canyon. Service extends to Boothroyd and also includes regional Indigenous communities, Sunshine Valley and Manning Park.

Free parking is available at the Centre.
Hours of operation
Monday to Friday: 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
A UPCC is not intended to replace family physicians and nurse practitioners as a person's first point of contact for health concerns, nor does it replace Emergency Departments for life-threatening illnesses or injuries.
Language (s) Offered
If you do not understand or speak English well enough to have medical conversations, we can get you a medical interpreter in your language. The medical interpreter will help you communicate with your health care team. The interpreter will join by phone or video, if video is available. Please note, this might take time. This is a free service.
For informal conversations, such as booking appointments, a family member or friend can help you explain what you need to your health care team.
