Phone-in counselling:
Monday - Tuesday: 5:00 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
Wednesday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
Zoom group hours:

Monday from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Anger Management:
Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Positive Thinking:
Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Mindfulness:
Thursday, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Anyone who is concerned about their own or someone else’s substance use.
