Eagle Ride Manor is a 65 bed long-term care community with two residential units (Hillside and Forestview).
Both units provide complex long-term care services. We have outdoor courtyards to enjoy.
Eagle Ridge Manor is a Fraser Health operated site. Our team will provide integrated care in a home-like environment that supports and enhances the residents’ abilities and choices.
Eagle Ridge Manor has 75 publicly subsidized long-term care beds. There are 39 single occupancy rooms and 18 double occupancy rooms.
Features
| Room features | Rooms include a bed, bedside cabinet, over-the-bed table, chair and linens. Residents may bring their own radio, television, pictures, small dresser and extra chair depending on the space available in the room. |
| Accessibility | Limited wheelchair storage available. |
| Security | Eagle Ridge Manor utilizes the WanderGuard system for residents with risk of wandering. |
| Smoking | This is a non-smoking care community. |
| Parking and transportation | Pay parking available on site. Public transit nearby. |
| Additional site features | As of September 2018 there is a 10 bed Respite Hotel located in a wing within the Forestview Residential unit. |
Programs
| Social and recreation programs | Recreation opportunities include monthly and weekly celebration events (e.g. Robbie Burns Day), birthday celebrations, afternoon teas, music therapy and related musical events. |
| Spiritual program | There is a Fraser Health spiritual health care practitioner – who is at Eagle Ridge Manor, once a week to assist residents and families, as needed. |
| Pets | Pet visitations are permitted and must meet the requirements of the Fraser Health Pet Visitation Policy. |
Additional services (additional fees may apply)
| Hairdressing | Hair salon or barber available one per week with an associated fee. |
| Foot and nail care | Foot care services are available with associated fee. |
| Additional services | Dental Hygienist service – information can be provided to the resident and family member. Arrangements for the service can be made directly with the provider. |
