Langley Gardens has 92 beds; 73 publicly subsidized long-term care beds. 82 rooms are single occupancy rooms and five are double occupancy rooms.

| Room features | We have both single and double rooms available. Each room is furnished with a hospital like bed, bed side table and wardrobe. Each room has its own shower. Residents are welcome to decorate and personalize their rooms to make them as home like as possible. Furniture and electronics must be discussed prior to move in to ensure the safety of residents and staff. |
| Accessibility | We have full accessibility via two elevators. |
| Security | Care floor security includes key padded doors and elevators. |
| Smoking | This is a non-smoking care community. |
| Parking and transportation | Free parking is available as well as designated handicapped parking near the entrances. Public transit nearby. |
| Additional site features | Meeting rooms, private dining room and a chapel room are available. We are located in the Walnut Grove area in Langley close to transit, shops and restaurants. |
Programs
| Social and recreation programs | We offer a variety of recreational programs to meet the physical, mental and spiritual needs of our residents. Programs are offered seven-days-a-week. |
| Spiritual program | Local churches visit on a weekly basis to offer services for our residents. |
| Pets | Pets are welcome providing they have been vaccinated and are well behaved. |
