The stroke prevention clinic provides rapid access to outpatient preventive treatment following discharge from an acute care site due to recent transient ischemic attack (TIA).

Accessible parking is available in the parkade on levels G, P1, P2, and P3 only.

Hours of operation
Referral
Individuals are generally referred to the clinic by an emergency physician through a central intake line, or by their community general practitioner (GP). Patient will be contacted by clinic following physician referral.
Your stroke neurologist may refer you to the Pharmacist led stroke prevention clinic, located at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre.
