Your care team
Each member of your rehabilitation care team offers specialized knowledge and skills. You might work with many different health care professionals depending on your goals. The different health care professionals can include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, nurses, doctors, social workers, spiritual care practitioners, recreation therapists, rehabilitation assistants, pharmacists and psychologists.
Access to Indigenous health liaisons and peer navigators is available upon request.
