• Fraser Health is generously supported by a network of health care foundations.
• Foundations rely on donations from grateful patients, families, businesses and organizations to support health care within Fraser Health.
• Each foundation is made up of a volunteer board of directors and is staffed by professional fundraisers and support services.
• Donations build upon government health care funding to help support priority equipment, education, research, facility enhancements and/or other projects in our hospitals and surrounding communities.

Foundations in the Fraser Health region include:

	Burnaby Hospital Foundation Burnaby Hospital Foundation is the philanthropic organization raising funds for Burnaby Hospital to support outstanding health care in the communities of Burnaby and East Vancouver. The foundation was established in 1978 to raise funds for surgical and medical equipment, advanced technologies, medical education and community health care needs at Burnaby Hospital and other Fraser Health facilities.
	Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation (DHCH Foundation) is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to fund and promote outstanding health care at the Delta Hospital Campus of Care including Mountain View Manor, Irene Thomas Hospice and in the community of Delta. Since 1988, DHCH Foundation has raised over $73 million to ensure the best health care possible for our community today and for future generations.
	Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation's purpose is to raise funds and awareness to improve the health of our community through donations in support of Eagle Ridge Hospital and community health programs. Eagle Ridge Hospital serves Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation has been raising funds for Eagle Ridge Hospital since 1982, bringing new medical equipment and technology to ensure the best patient-centred care, close to home.
	Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation works with the communities of Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack and Hope to support the local hospital, facilities and programs run by Fraser Health.
	Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation We believe that healthy people enjoy life and make a difference in their community. By encouraging partnership and charitable giving, Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation increases the community's pride, influence and ownership of health care services delivered at Langley Memorial Hospital and in the community.
	Peace Arch Hospital Foundation The mission of Peace Arch Hospital Foundation is to raise funds, advocate, and support initiatives that enhance the hospital campus and the health and wellness of our community.
	Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation The Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation is proud to partner with our community to raise funds to support the purchase of essential equipment and high priority health care needs in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
	Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation The mission of Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation has been to raise money to help the hospital save lives, restore health and provide comfort to seriously injured and ill patients of all ages.
	Surrey Hospitals Foundation The mission of Surrey Hospitals Foundation is to partner with our donors and the community to support equitable and exceptional care in Surrey hospitals. We proudly support Surrey Memorial Hospital, the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, and Czorny Alzheimer Centre.
