Fluency Flex is the FESR platform currently being used at sites on Client Server.  

Still using telephone dictation? Take Fluency Flex training now to:  

• Get comfortable with FESR before your site goes live with MEDITECH Expanse.  
• Build your voice profile and personal dictionary which improves with technology over time. 
• Cut training time for Fluency Direct from one hour classroom training to a 10- minute e-learning.

The transition from Fluency Flex to Fluency Direct is seamless 

• Your Fluency Flex voice profile will be available in Fluency Direct.  
• All of your Fluency Flex customizations (e.g., commands, dictionary additions and pronunciations) will be available in Fluency Direct.  
• All Fluency Flex standards (templates) will be transferred as Fluency Direct commands.
