Natalie provides executive and strategic leadership for a range community, acute and tertiary services and programs including mental health and substance use, primary care and home and community care.
In addition to the delivery of mental health and substance use and primary care across the Fraser Health region, Natalie leads a team that supports regional quality and standards for the delivery of home based services, as well as assisted living, long term care and end of life care. Her team works closely with inter-sectoral and community partners, and is focused on increasing the integration of services and simplifying access to care.
Career Snapshot
Natalie brings over 25 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles in both Vancouver Coastal Health and the Provincial Health Services Authority to her role at Fraser Health. She has held operational leadership responsibility for mental health and substance use, long term care, assisted living and supported housing, home support and palliative care.
Most recently, Natalie was the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Home Support Services and Interim Vice President for Regional Community Services at Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. Natalie has worked with the Institute for Patient and Family Centred Care to advance person-centred health care practice and has taught at Douglas College and the UBC School of Social Work.

Natalie holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of British Columbia.
