Nicole Asselin is an associate and owner representative with K. Grassi Project Development Ltd.
Ms. Asselin has also held positions as a construction manager, senior project manager and chief estimator in the past. She was involved in a variety of projects such as Tsawwassen Commons Development on First Nations Land, Vancouver General Hospital, Kinsman Care Extended Health Facility, Skytrain Stations, Rogers Arena and various residential towers in the Lower Mainland. Ms. Asselin was also involved with multiple projects throughout Seattle, like Safeco Field Stadium, Seahawks Stadium and Washington Convention Centre.
She is active in her community, as she has been a volunteer with the Heritage Home Tour in New Westminster and Cancer Society Fundraising. Ms. Asselin was involved with the Canadian Construction Women, where she advocated and assisted other women in a male-dominated industry.
Ms. Asselin is certified as a construction estimator from both the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyor and The Quantity Surveyor of British Columbia. She also holds a Gold Seal Certificate from the Canadian Construction Association and is fluently bilingual.
