Fraser Health's Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provides professional, confidential support services and programs for employees to help with common life challenges. All Fraser Health staff and medical staff, and their families, are eligible to use this service.
EFAP offers counselling services, as well as work/life-oriented services such as:
- Legal services
- Nutrition services
- Health coaching
- Family services
- Financial support services
- Crisis support
You can access resources in various ways:
- Online articles and tools: Explore a library of helpful content on demand.
- Live chat or phone support: Connect with a qualified professional for real-time advice.
- In-person or virtual counselling: Schedule sessions that fit around your busy life. If you want to use the online tool to schedule your appointment you can also review counsellor profiles and schedule according to your preference.
