How to access MyHealth through a web browser on your workstation or mobile phone
- Click on the access link and update your profile.
- Access to MyHealth uses single sign on (SSO) through your Fraser Health login.
Connecting from other health authorities
If you want to connect from other health authorities networks, you will need to select an alternative primary email address that corresponds to the network you wish to connect from in MyFHInfo. View the example below:

How to access MyHealth using Vancouver Coastal Health email credentials
- Select your VCH email if you wish to access MyHealth from the VCH network.
- Once you have logged into MyFHInfo, select View /Change My Information.
- Select the Manage Emails button to select from other HA primary emails.
- Once changed it will take a few hours to be updated in MyHealth.
Personal email addresses
- We are not able to support personal emails.
- Connecting MyHealth on a personal desktop or mobile device will require Multifactor Authentication (MFA) via Health BC and the Authenticator app.
