Please be advised a recall has been issued for one Lot Number of Boostrix (tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis) pre-filled syringes effective immediately. We ask that you please stop using the affected lot/expiry and initiate a return of the product to your local Public Health Unit.
The recall is precautionary related to syringe integrity. No adverse events have been observed with the use of this product in relation to the findings with the syringe quality, and no action is required with recipients of this product.
