About:
The importance of planning ahead before you are sick has never been clearer. COVID-19 and other unexpected events in our lives have reminded us of the benefits of planning for our health in advance. Many of us don’t know where to begin, while others are unaware that we can have a say in our care. The Fraser Health ACP team will provide information and resources to help you better understand how to share and document your wishes for future health and personal care.
Registration details:
When you register, you will receive the invitation link to the first session on April 15th. After you attend the first session, the invitation links to sessions 2 and 3 will be emailed directly to you.
