Services for people who require nursing treatment and education in self-care management.
Our Home Health clinics provide nursing care and other professional services for clients who can access services outside of their home. Home Health clinics are in all Fraser Health region communities.
Clinic hours
All Home Health clinics are open weekdays during regular business hours. Some clinics are also open on the weekends.
Services offered in the clinics include:
- Wound care treatments performed by a nurse
- Intravenous antibiotic treatment
- Client teaching related to treatments of specific diseases or conditions
- Rehabilitation
- Social work consultation
- Management of chronic health conditions
Home Health clinics are not an emergency service
Appointments are scheduled in advance to provide care for Home Health clients who are mobile and do not require in-home visits.
