Screening self-tests are tools that look for signs or symptoms that can show up in some mental illnesses. These tools are not intended to provide you a diagnosis.
If you're concerned about your mental health and wellness, talk to your family doctor or speak with a mental health professional available through the mental health and substance use centre in your community.
