Healthy living program for children and teens aged six to 17 who are overweight or living with obesity and have specific health concerns.

An initial comprehensive assessment and family feedback is conducted at Langley Memorial Hospital. The clinic offers a fun, interactive group program to support children/teens and their families in building the foundation for healthy living through family connections, balanced eating, active living, mental health, screen time and sleep. Alternative support options may be offered if a group program is not the best option for a child/teen or their family.
