For emergency department at Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I wanted to pass on some kudos to the physician and nurses that were working with a client yesterday afternoon in Abbotsford Regional Hospital’s emergency department.

The feedback that I heard was that he was very patient, kind and walked with her as she paced. I was told that his efforts were exceptional and she did benefit.  I wanted to acknowledge Dr. Payrastre for quick action and a kind approach. It was certainly noticeable.

We want to reiterate our gratitude for the work that emergency physicians, nurses and other personnel in the emergency department do and recognize that it is outside of many people’s comfort zone. However, their willingness is highly regarded.

For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I just wanted to write and give kudos to the nurse named Chelsea who cared for my husband.

We came in for an unexpected surgery and not only was she kind and helpful, but she was genuine with her conversation. She took her time and checked in with me while I waited for him during surgery.

Please pass along our thanks and commend her for being a shining example in her field. 

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

We want to thank all the staff like nurse Jeni, Dr. Lee and Dr. A for their kindness while caring for Mum.

You should be proud of your staff.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital and Laurel Place Rehab

The care in the emergency department was good and my husband was well taken care of. 

I have to tell you that the care and attention received at Laurel Place Rehab was second to none. The staff was very professional. They were friendly and cheerful, which goes a long way for the patient’s and family’s peace of mind. The staff was also respectful of my knowledge and helpful in keeping me informed as to what was going on. I cannot say enough good things about the care that Vern received during this time and would like to thank all of the staff that worked during that time.

Please convey my heartfelt thank you to them.

For medical imaging department at Chilliwack Hospital

I would like to pass along my compliment to Laverne. Laverne displays a professional and positive attitude and appears to be very knowledgeable in her position. Laverne is a role model for current and future staff working in the health care system.
