For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
I would like to acknowledge Andrew in the Emergency Department at Abbotsford Regional Hospital for his kind, calm, respectful and supportive demeanour towards patients. We were impressed by his positive interactions with both patients and staff.
I had a hip replacement at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and the care I received was amazing. All of the nurses and aides were friendly, fun and quick to respond. I would like to send a special shoutout to Deanna for her care.
For Baillie House Long-Term Care Community
Thank you to the staff who cared for my cousin during his stay at Baillie House. They always showed him kindness and respect. I would like to acknowledge Social Worker Deborah, who was so helpful with her expertise and who was always available when I called to ask about him. Thank you for the positive experience.

My wife recently visited Eagle Ridge Hospital. The nurses and care aides impressed us with their consistent patience, professionalism and compassion, regardless of the situation. Thank you, Cara, Angela, Eileen, Mitchell, Joanna, Dr. Jung and Dr. Taub.
I recently visited Eagle Ridge Hospital for a medical procedure. Nurse Danica was kind, attentive and caring. When I was fearful, Raymond held my hand. Thank you to the team for their compassionate care.
I want to say a big thank you to Emergency Department physician Dr. Toews and her colleagues at Eagle Ridge Hospital for helping me with a heavy throat inflammation. Their therapy had me back in working order in just a day. Thank you so much for providing me with care.

I brought my mom to Langley Memorial Hospital after a fall. All of the staff we encountered were amazing. I would like to thank Nurse Kendra, Care Aide Mandeep and Dr. Sandy. They answered questions and provided my mother with incredible care. It was a difficult time, but they made it easier. Thank you.

I recently brought a friend who was having severe seizures to Royal Columbian Hospital. We were impressed with the team there.
I'd like to point out one friendly and outstanding nurse, Bailey. She truly went above and beyond. Nurse Bailey has a way of getting through to people, making them feel comfortable and has a great sense of humour. She made the hospital visit much less stressful by being attentive and understanding. She referred us to the right place, and my friend was able to receive the care she needed.
