For Burnaby Hospital

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Burnaby [Hospital] and was very impressed with the care I received. I was particularly impressed with the nurse who took the time to discuss what would happen with my treatment at every stage and with Dr. Wong, who was clear and direct.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional care I have received from Lourdes at Burnaby [Hospital]. I appreciated her uplifting personality and the excellent care she provided. Thank you.

Thank you to all the staff and medical staff who helped me during my stay. The attending physician, nurses and physiotherapy team were helpful and kind. I left happy, knowing everyone worked hard to ensure I was well cared for.

For Delta Hospital

Nurse Matt at Delta Hospital showed incredible kindness and compassion to both myself and my wife, who had a double mastectomy. He went above and beyond his duties as a registered nurse. He is a shining light in that ward.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

Thank you to the paramedics, nurses and all supporting staff in the Emergency Department at Eagle Ridge [Hospital]. I would also like to thank Dr. Keenan, the CT technicians, the ultrasound technicians and the physiotherapy team. I encountered many delightful and caring staff throughout my stay.

I would like to compliment the Eagle Ridge [Hospital] staff for providing wonderful care to my mother prior to her passing. I appreciated the second-floor "Zen" garden and inner courtyard. It is a special place that my mom and I visited together and later served as a place of serenity while grieving. Thank you.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

Thank you to the team at Langley Memorial [Hospital]. I would like to send an extra special virtual hug for Desiree, who made a difference in my mum's care and looked after her like she was her own family. Thanks for everything.

For Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre

For Mission Memorial Hospital Laboratory

I had a great experience at the Mission Memorial [Hospital] Lab. The staff were very polite and professional, with a great sense of humour.

For Oceanside Geriatric Acute Tertiary Inpatient Facility

I wanted to express my immeasurable gratitude to the Oceanside Team. My husband has been a recipient of their excellent care; I can’t imagine what our world would look like without them in our lives. This team crew continues to guide us and help us navigate these uncharted waters. Many thanks.

For Peace Arch Hospital

I visited Peace Arch [Hospital] in the early hours of the morning for an MRI. Bobby at the reception desk immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable with her friendly and caring manner. When leaving, she accompanied me to the parking lot, ensuring I got into my car safely. Thank you, Bobby.

My mother recently visited Peace Arch [Hospital] due to a broken hip. I would like to commend the care she received in the Surgical Daycare Unit. The staff cared for our mother’s well-being and were responsive to our concerns. Thank you.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

The stroke rehab I received at Royal Columbian [Hospital] saved my life and improved my quality of life. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, care aides, therapists and cooks. You all are exceptional. I am better because of your care. Thank you.
