For Burnaby Hospital

I recently had an outstanding experience, and I wanted to thank everyone who helped me. I was listened to and respected. Everyone I met was so kind, and it helped me remain positive. I want to thank Dr. Han, Nurse Anne and Nurse Stephanie in the Surgical Daycare Unit, and Dr. Dora, Dr. Runzer and Nurse Howard in the Pre-Operative Unit. Thank you.

For Delta Hospital

I would like to share kudos for Joti, who oversaw my breathing test at Delta Hospital. She was very patient with me and put me at ease.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I recently had a colonoscopy at Eagle Ridge Hospital with the best team of nurses and doctors. They were bar none. What an amazing, professional and caring group. Thank you for all you do.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

My family and I would like to express gratitude to the many committed and caring staff at Langley Memorial Hospital. So many wonderful people have looked after our elderly mom while she was in hospital. Specifically, we want to thank the amazing care and kindness received from the team on the 2South Medical and the Patient Assessment and Transition Home (PATH) Units.

For Mission Memorial Hospital

Thank you to all Mission Memorial Hospital Emergency Department staff. We visited the hospital with our daughter because of a possible head injury. Registration was fast, and the triage nurse was great at interacting with my daughter. Thank you, Nurse Karen; you are a gem. Thank you to Edith for giving my daughter a stuffed animal to comfort her. We appreciate all the staff who supported us. What a fantastic team.

For the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre

I visited the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre for the first time and was cared for by kind and professional staff. The wait time was reasonable, and I appreciated receiving prompt primary care. Thank you.

I felt so welcome the minute I walked into the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre. The staff were friendly and wanted to help me. Every step was so easy, and now I am feeling much better. I am so thankful for this team. There is nothing like being sick and receiving the correct care.

For Peace Arch Hospital

I would like to express my gratitude to Nurse Denise, who cared for me following my surgery. Her exceptional attention to my well-being, continuous reassurance and genuine concern for how I was feeling was felt in countless small gestures. She has a compassionate heart and deeply cares for her patients. Thank you.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

Thank you, Nurse Sophie, for comforting me and easing my sadness while my daughter was in the Pediatric Unit. I would also like to thank Nurse Kahaila for the excellent care she provided my daughter. The nurses are the unsung heroes.

I wanted to thank the doctors and nurses who took excellent care of me during a recent procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital. They treated me well. Thank you.

I was extremely impressed with the kindness, efficiency and overall management of the Emergency Department at Surrey Memorial Hospital. The staff were cooperative with food choices, answering questions and providing the best care possible in every way they could. A+'s across the board.
