For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

My mom had surgery at Abbotsford Regional Hospital, and we experienced exceptional care from the teams in the Surgical and Emergency Departments. Dr. Peters and her team are amazing and all the staff we encountered were fantastic. The physiotherapist, occupational therapist and nurse practitioner were so helpful. Every single nurse who helped my mom was wonderful. Thank you for all your hard work.

The staff was, quite simply, outstanding. Everyone we saw was professional and attentive. Thank you to Nurses Allison and Song for their great care.

For Burnaby Hospital

Thank you to Dr. Kokan and his team in the Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Clinic for providing truly amazing care. From intake to discharge, every single person I met was knowledgeable, compassionate and concerned for my well-being. Dr Kokan is the kindest physician I have encountered in years. I want to send a special thank you to Renata in the Post-Operative Unit. She is a superstar and the nicest nurse I have ever met.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

I would like to thank Dr. Olson and Dr. Love for their utmost thorough care and concern. They took great care to treat me like a human being, with compassion and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart; I am forever grateful.

My fiancé visited the Emergency Department at Chilliwack General Hospital for a medical concern. The entire staff was so kind, especially the doctor and the surgical nurse. It couldn't have been a faster, more pleasant experience. I can't thank everyone enough.

For Delta Hospital

Thank you to the staff in the Outpatient Lab at Delta Hospital. They are always friendly and take great care of everyone in a timely manner.

For Fraser Canyon Hospital

I cannot give enough kudos to the entire staff, doctors, nurses and aides during my recent stay at Fraser Canyon Hospital. The nurses are truly amazing. I would like to send a special thank you to Samantha for making my discharge a relaxed experience and to Shannon for doing my hair. All of you are angels. Thanks for all you do.

For Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was attended to by Nishi in the Nuclear Medicine Unit at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre. Nishi was kind, respectful, and caring and took good care of me. Nishi is fabulous; thank you.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

I wanted to thank the receptionist at Langley Memorial Hospital for providing me with a safe space to vent. My husband had a stroke. I was scared but you provided me with much-needed comfort. Thank you to all the staff who made my husband as comfortable as possible during his stay at the hospital.

Nurse Esther was incredibly kind and patient with me during my induction, which ultimately led to an emergency C-section. She was attentive and went above and beyond to support my husband, myself and our baby. I am very grateful that she was my nurse.

For Peace Arch Hospital

Thank you, Jane, for making us feel like we were always in the right hands. Your warm heart and depth of knowledge were superb. Thank you so much.

I recently had a colonoscopy procedure at Peace Arch Hospital. As it was my first time, I was incredibly nervous. Throughout my visit, from the moment I registered to the lovely care I received in the Surgical Daycare Unit, all the staff were excellent. I would like to especially thank Amy for being so caring and welcoming. It helped diffuse a very stressful situation for me.

My husband received fantastic care in the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital. He promptly received blood work, pain medications and a requisition for a CT scan. Dr. Gu was wonderful as were the many nurses and technicians we encountered during our stay. Thank you all; we are so grateful. 

For Royal Columbian Hospital

Thank you to Amber for her care during my recent stay in the Surgical Daycare Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital. She always had a smile and was cheerful throughout the day. Thank you for showing everyone compassion and kindness wherever you went.

I would like to recognize the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Dr. Zazoulina, Dr. Julia, Dr. Ip, Dr. Joseph, Dr. Kelly-Smith and Dr. Carolyn. They were amazing and went above and beyond trying to figure out my medical problem. I'm also very grateful to the highly qualified nurses, technicians and other support staff assisting me. Thank you.  

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I would like to thank Nurse Ida who provided excellent and compassionate care to my mom. Your work and kindness have not gone unnoticed.
