For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
I had a procedure done in the Surgical Daycare Unit. I was emotional during the entire process. All the staff on the unit were amazing and so compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. A very special thank you to Tanja, the Operating Room Team that worked alongside Dr. Shone and the very lovely hospital volunteer in the Pre-Operative area.
For Burnaby Hospital
The emergency department nurses and doctors have been so kind to my mother. You folks took such good care of her and were so patient. Loving the teamwork observed too. Thank you so much for all of the hard work you need to do. My mother said you were all so attentive and nice and even though her English was limited, you were all patient with her.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
A heartfelt thank you to the Surgical Team and to my amazing nurses. I had day surgery, and the care was incredible.
For Irene Thomas Hospice
Sending my heartfelt thank you to the staff. My mom was there for five days. During her stay she was kept clean and comfortable. The setting was very quiet. The hospital gowns were pretty. She felt like a queen in her last days. I was also treated well as I stayed with her in her room. The ritual after her passing was very respectful. Thank you so much.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
Freda, the stroke nurse in Trauma, is very nice, supportive and caring. She gave us great comfort by helping my mom.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I really appreciate the nurses like Rupi, Kulvinder, Sharan, Jasmeen, Sheryl, Grace, Kanchan and many more. They were so kind and supportive, which made my experience enjoyable and easy. Thank you so much, everyone.
