Shoutout to Gloria, Brent, Maria and Jasmine from the Post-Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) at Burnaby Hospital for taking such good care of me while I was recovering from my procedure. They were so kind, friendly and attentive to my needs.
For the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I visited the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre and had a positive experience. The triage process was quick — I was registered within just a minute. I only waited about an hour before seeing a nurse who was thorough and answered all my questions. Overall, the service was excellent, and the process was smooth.
For Mission Memorial Hospital
My two-year-old daughter, who has asthma, was sick with a cough. The care provided throughout our visit was amazing. From the triage nurse to another nurse and physician, please thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
Nurse Sophie at Royal Columbian Hospital is the most amazing nurse. I was extremely hurt and in a lot of pain from an accident. She managed to keep me calm and make me laugh despite my constant yelling in pain. She deserves an award. Thank you, Nurse Sophie.
For the Surrey-Whalley Urgent and Primary Care Centre
Nurse Harleen was so thoughtful, helpful and understanding. She kindly ensured that I felt okay and that I had privacy. She has such a kind soul and made this a memorable experience.
