For Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre
Sending my thanks to Dr. Papalia. I've never had a more helpful, knowledgeable or caring doctor. He went above and beyond what my surgery required and made time to meet with me on several occasions to answer all my questions. He was extremely patient, and all of his answers were thorough. He listened to me and supported all my decisions. I cannot thank him enough.
For Peace Arch Hospital
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Peace Arch Hospital. I visited with my girlfriend, who was in a lot of pain. All the staff and nurses were incredibly friendly and made a difficult time much easier for us to manage. I want to really thank Care Aide Irene, who was incredibly kind to us. She was so helpful and compassionate.
For the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I went to the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre for the first time because my two-year-old daughter had pain in her left arm, and we thought it might have been dislocated. We received the best, caring service without any wait time. My daughter was even offered a little popsicle to calm her down. The doctor came outside to check on her because she was a bit anxious inside.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
My whole experience at this hospital was quick and flawless. The nurses and doctors were very efficient and friendly. Thank you for the great work that you do.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
Thank you to all the staff at the Royal Columbian Hospital Emergency Department for taking the time to give me a warm blanket. The nurses on third floor east, Bless and Jas, are destined for greatness in their careers. They are both beyond professional and compassionate humans. Lastly, thank you, Dr. Lee, for fitting me in for surgery and doing a fantastic job. Thank you all for your hard work. You have my respect and gratitude.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I was admitted to Surrey Memorial Hospital 3South after experiencing extreme abdominal pain that turned out to require an emergency procedure. All the staff were absolutely amazing, from the nurses to porters, medical imaging, the medical floor (3South) and the operating room. I cannot thank all the staff enough.
