For Community Response Emergency Short Stay Treatment (CRESST) Abbotsford and Surrey
I recently received treatment at CRESST Abbotsford. I received excellent care in Abbotsford, and the Surrey location over the years as needed. The teams provide client centred care to people going through mental health challenges in a 24/7 care environment. I am very grateful for the CRESST program; it has helped me so much. Thank you to all the program staff. They empower clients to utilize their strengths, even in the midst of being unwell. I am very thankful that this program exists.
For Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I was lucky enough to be seen by Nurse Kimberly at the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre. I have to say she is the sweetest nurse ever. I was feeling horrible and panicking because I thought I was going to faint, and she made me feel safe and cared for. I've been here a few times and everyone is very friendly, professional and attentive. Once again, thank you, Nurse Kimberly.
For Port Moody Short Term Assessment Response Treatment (START)
We are very thankful this service is available to everyone. A very special shout out to Beppie and Soroosh for their kindness, patience, understanding and guidance. What you both do positively changes peoples lives for the better. I cannot thank you enough.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
I was recently admitted through the Emergency Department and then taken to Intensive Care Unit. I was so impressed with the quality of care I received, from the doctors, nurses and pharmacist to everyone else involved with my care. Dr. Molor, Tyler, Paul, Jen and Karley, to name a few. I felt cared for and heard, and the cleanliness was top notch.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I was at Royal Columbian Hospital for a procedure with Dr. Tung and team. The staff from my arrival to discharge were absolutely exceptional. The interactions were calming and inclusive. Staff were great, kind, funny and professional. I have recovered well without issue. Please give my thanks to 2N and the appropriate cardiac procedure managers.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I was at Surrey Memorial Hospital and Employed Student Nurse Crystal was assigned to work with me. As it turns out, I also got some very difficult health news that day. I am so excited to see student nurses at work in the hospital, and Crystal, though only in her second year of study, was an excellent nurse. She was clear, kind, communicative and a real lift to my day. Way to go
