For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
I attended an outpatient MRI on the morning of June 25th and wanted to extend a big thank you to the staff. From the reception team to the MRI technicians, everyone was professional, kind and made me feel at ease despite my anxiety about the scan. Fantastic job. Thank you, all!
For Chilliwack General Hospital
I had a mammogram and ultrasound today and my technician, Tandis, was wonderful. I truly appreciated her kindness and patience as I shared my concerns. Even though the department was short-staffed, she took the time to chat with me and made sure I felt comfortable. She reassured me to let her know if I experienced any pain or discomfort during the mammogram, which I found very thoughtful.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Paula, my day nurse at Ridge Meadows Hospital. I’ve been battling a worsening lung infection and my breathing had been rapidly declining. On my second day, Paula recognized both my fear and my condition’s severity. Her calm and collected demeanor provided much-needed reassurance. Thank you so much, Paula!
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I experienced a major accident that left me in a coma for several months. Thanks to the exceptional care and dedication of the doctors and nurses, I was back on my feet within weeks. I am profoundly grateful to the entire team at Royal Columbian Hospital for their incredible support and expertise.
For Peace Arch Hospital
I received outstanding care from two nurses in the emergency department, Tammy, a health care aide, and Harkiran. They were consistently gentle, attentive and compassionate, ensuring I felt well cared for at all times. Both were highly professional and empathetic, always with a warm smile on their faces.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I underwent a successful kidney tumor cryoablation at Surrey Memorial Hospital. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lourenco and the entire Interventional Radiology Suite medical team for their exceptional expertise and compassionate care. Thank you!
