For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Abbotsford Regional Hospital for a health complication. Despite being busy, the physicians went above and beyond in their care and attention. Thank you, Doctors Payrastre, Dhat and Wiebe, for working tirelessly to provide the best care possible. They are true heroes.

I had an amazing experience during my recent visit to Abbotsford Regional Hospital for a gastrointestinal scope. All the staff I encountered from start to finish were exceptional, especially Nurse Karen. Everyone was relatable, enjoyable, polite and professional. They really made a difference. Thank you for making the experience seamless and pleasant.

For Burnaby Hospital

Thank you to Dr. Clark for his wonderful, kind treatment of my mother. The nurses we encountered in Zone 3 were also fantastic. My sincerest thanks to all the staff at Burnaby Hospital.

For Chilliwack NetCARE Day Program

My husband was attending the NetCARE Day Program in Chilliwack for almost a year. What a wonderful, caring place it was for both of us. He was always welcomed and cared for by the amazing, compassionate staff. In particular, Amanda was especially helpful and always looked for new ways to support, recommend and care for both of us. I will be forever grateful for this support.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received from the Edmonds Urgent and Primary Care Centre team, particularly from Lorean. I had found myself at an incredibly challenging phase of my life. Lorean's empathetic approach, genuine concern and encouragement reminded me that there is always hope, and it is never too late to seek help and start anew.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for not just providing health care but for reigniting hope in those like me who felt they had none. Their services go far beyond medical assistance; you light a candle for people in their darkest hours, guiding them towards a brighter path. The support and care I received at Edmonds Urgent and Primary Care Centre have helped shape a new and positive direction in my life. I am immensely grateful for everything you do and for the difference you make in the lives of those you touch.

The check-in staff at the Edmonds Urgent and Primary Care Centre are exceptional. Thank you for ensuring our sick eight-month-old was able to receive timely care. It made a long week seem much more bearable when the staff were able to support us through this rough patch as first-time parents.

After closing my thumb in the car door, the Surrey-Whalley Urgent and Primary Care Centre team took fabulous care of me. From helping me get an x-ray to ensuring my thumb wasn't broken to helping release the pressure under the nail - every member of the care team I encountered was exceptional.
