For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I recently had a colonoscopy at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. I wanted to provide my appreciation and compliments to all the staff at the clinic. In particular, Nurse Debbie who cared for me. She was professional, friendly, kind and helpful. This was the second procedure I have had in the past year and, both times, I was impressed with the staff. Thank you.

For Burnaby Hospital

I recently visited Burnaby Hospital because of injuries sustained in an accident. I received excellent care throughout my visit. I cannot thank the staff enough for their thoughtfulness, care and passion.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

I would like to thank the Emergency Department team for the care my husband received at Chilliwack General Hospital. We heard nothing but kindness, patience and knowledge as Rebecca, Amanda, Taylor, Sandy and Stephanie cared for their patients and us. Thank you.

For Delta Hospital

Thank you, Dr. Shaw and Nurses Danielle and Sandra, for treating me with kindness when I visited the Emergency Department at Delta Hospital with a fractured arm.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

Every time I visit Eagle Ridge Hospital all the staff, from triage, nurses, doctors, ECG technicians, radiologists and phlebotomists, are caring, kind and compassionate. Thank you for being there for us.

For the Falls Prevention Mobile Clinic

Thank you to the Fraser Health staff with the Falls Prevention Mobile Clinic for their professionalism, care and advice regarding the Falls Prevention Workshop. I look forward to using, reading and practicing all the recommendations.

For Fraser Canyon Hospital

I recently visited Fraser Canyon Hospital for an ultrasound. Karen was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. Thank you, Karen, for being incredible.

Dr. Zavarey is an excellent, friendly physician who always listens to my concerns. Thank you, Dr. Zavarey, for always making time for your patients. I appreciate you, and I'm glad to be in your care.

For the Langley Public Health Unit

Thank you to the dental hygienist who attended to my daughter. She made her feel comfortable and excited to be there. She was incredibly warm, caring and personable while still remaining highly professional and informative. We had a great experience all around. Thank you.

For Mission Home Health

Thank you to the Mission Home Health team for the compassionate, wrap-around care. When I called the office, Jody was kind and assured us we could receive home health services. During our home visit, Nurse Tianne was friendly and encouraging. Thank you to the team for easing our worries and concerns.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

I wanted to thank the team at Ridge Meadows Hospital for their wonderful care and attention. Everyone we encountered was courteous, professional and compassionate. From the greeters who provide visitors with a mask through to the emergency department. Thank you.

Thank you to Kat in the Ultrasound Department at Ridge Meadows Hospital. She went above and beyond during my appointment. We had a few laughs, and she made me feel very comfortable. Sometimes, it takes one nice person to turn your day around, and Kat did that for me. Thank you, Kat. I would also like to thank the CT Technician, Hayley, for her kindness and lovely demeanour.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I would like to thank Dr. Wu and Nurses Hazel and Mora for the marvellous care during my recent surgery at Royal Columbian Hospital.

I would like to thank the staff in the Neurology Department at Royal Columbian Hospital. Everyone has been nothing short of amazing. The nurses have been receptive to our communication, which has made our lives easier. One particular staff member, Britannia, has been outstanding. She has been a huge support to us. Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who cared for me during my recent stay in Unit N41 at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Thank you to Teena, Krystal and a wonderful student nurse for your kindness. Thank you to Nurse Angel for holding my hand and calming me down before my MRI. I truly appreciate you all.

Thank you to the staff at Surrey Memorial Hospital for making me feel at ease during my recent day surgery. Even though I was nervous about the procedure, everyone was lovely and cheerful. The surgical team was efficient, and the whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you.

Thank you to the staff in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Surrey Memorial Hospital. All the attention and care you gave our little girl and countless other patients was amazing. Dr. Mitchell was compassionate, reassuring, funny and thorough in his investigations. Gentle and attentive Nurse Kennedy gave superior nursing care and her tender and calming nature stood out. We couldn’t have asked for more kind and sincere care provided from start to finish. We are blessed to have a pediatric-centred emergency [department] with such superior and dedicated doctors and nurses in our community. We are beyond grateful for their passion to care for our precious young.
