For Chilliwack General Hospital

Our hard-working medical teams do not hear enough positive feedback. I was recently admitted to the Emergency Department at Chilliwack General Hospital, which inevitably led to an appendectomy later that evening. I appreciated the care, kindness and expertise I received from all the staff in the hospital. I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in my care.

A huge shoutout and thank you to Dr. Van der Watt and the Emergency Department nurses at Chilliwack General Hospital. The whole team was kind, compassionate and very thorough with our mother. It was a blessing to our mother and us to have the attending physician speak with us in our first language, Afrikaans. Thank you all.

For Delta Hospital

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Delta Hospital and cannot commend the staff enough. They are kind, compassionate and incredibly patient. No matter what, they continue to smile and be professional. I have so much respect and gratitude for everyone here. Thank you.

The staff are the kindest, most compassionate, caring people. The care has been exceptional. I have appreciated the care I received during my stay at Delta Hospital.

I visited Delta Hospital for a mammogram, and Technician Tracy was great. She made it as pleasant an experience as it could be. She explained the process and what to expect, making the procedure quick, easy and not awkward. I am very happy with the experience.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

We were very impressed with the care my mother-in-law received from Nurse Sam in the Emergency Department at Eagle Ridge Hospital. She was compassionate and happy and made the visit as comfortable as possible, given the circumstances. Thank you, Sam, for your hard work and incredible personality.

For Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre

I received excellent care and attention during a recent visit to Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre for a pacemaker implant. Thank you.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Langley Memorial Hospital due to a serious injury. Dr. Joseph was kind and efficient. She meticulously trimmed, sewed and dressed four fingers on my hand. I left the hospital feeling positive about the accident, knowing I just received expert care. I appreciate that when I need medical attention, our hospitals are there to support us.

I visited the Emergency and Medical Imaging Departments at Langley Memorial Hospital for two consecutive days. Everyone, from intake to technicians to physicians, was thorough and efficient without fail. Equally important, they were polite, friendly and sympathetic. Thank you.

For the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Thank you to the staff at the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre. Even though there was a lineup when I arrived, the care was quick, professional and friendly. Cheers to all the staff.

I would like to thank everyone at the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre for their hard work. During my recent visit, I promptly received treatment. Thank you for doing a great job.

For Peace Arch Hospital

My father was brought to the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital by ambulance. Nurse Amy was excellent. Her medical knowledge regarding my father's health care concerns was that of a physician, and the care she provided him was stellar. I appreciated that she was able to thoroughly answer all my questions. Thank you, Amy.

For the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Thank you, Dr. Hayes, for being helpful and kind. I appreciated his follow up call which was reassuring and informative. Thank you.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

I recently visited Ridge Meadows Hospital for dental surgery. All the staff were helpful and made me feel comfortable about my procedure. The anesthetist and nursing staff were comforting while they clearly communicated the expectations for the procedure. Everyone was very efficient, and I'm very thankful for their efforts. It was a terrific experience. 

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I would like to thank the nurses and other staff working in the Family Birthing Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. They did their best to give me the best possible birth experience. Their communication was so helpful, and I felt supported. In particular, I would like to thank Courtney and Zoe. I couldn’t have done it without you.

I would like to thank Dr. Rozenek for the care provided throughout my pregnancy and birth. I would also like to thank Unit Clerk Taylor, Nurses Melissa and Claudia and all the staff in the Family Birthing Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. I'm very grateful for your services.

Thank you to the staff at Surrey Memorial Hospital for the excellent care after my adverse reaction to a vaccine. I received prompt care, and their attention was top-notch. I am now feeling much better. Thank you.
