For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

Dr. Chris has been my pain and symptom doctor for years, and I couldn't have asked for a better ally. Dr. Chris gives 110 per cent of herself and is always going above and beyond for her patients.

I recently had a CT scan at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. The process was smooth and efficient. All the staff were great, and the whole procedure was quick. Thank you. 

For Chilliwack General Hospital

Kudos to the staff in the Mammography Department at Chilliwack General Hospital. They were professional and efficient. Thank you.

I gave birth to my son at Chilliwack General Hospital and couldn’t be happier with the care. All of the nurses were kind and comforting. I was induced and then had an emergency C-section and didn’t feel nervous at all, thanks to the lovely staff that didn’t leave my side. My first birth experience was a good one, thanks to the care I received.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to the Emergency Department staff at Eagle Ridge Hospital. All the staff were helpful, super kind and very attentive. Everyone, including nurses, doctors and imaging technicians, was lovely. I felt well cared for. Thank you for helping me.

For Peace Arch Hospital

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital, and everyone involved in my care was excellent. I was impressed with the staff who worked as a team to make everything flow as smoothly as possible.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

I recently had a CT scan at Ridge Meadows Hospital. I was nervous about the procedure, but everyone from the greeter, to Ivy and Janice at check-in and the technicians were lovely. Thank you to Julie and those who made me laugh. The procedure was quick and efficient. Thank you everyone for your kindness.

Thank you to the caring and compassionate staff in the Maternity Unit at Ridge Meadows Hospital. I was impressed with the level of care I received from the obstetrician and nurses. I would like to give special thanks to the nurses who were attentive to my needs and supported me with breastfeeding.

For Ridge Meadows Urgent and Primary Care Centre

The staff were amazing, courteous and helpful. The doctor assisted with urgent blood work and called me in the evening with my results. I am very impressed with the entire experience. Thank you.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

Thank you to the volunteer who assisted us in the Emergency Department. She was so thoughtful, cheerful and informative. She made all the difference and turned what could have been a stressful situation into something positive.

I sincerely wish to thank Dr. Wong and Dr. Ryper for the incredible care they provided my daughter in the Emergency Department at Royal Columbian Hospital. Their expertise and kind bedside manner made my daughter feel safe and cared for in a scary situation. They validated and listened to my daughter’s concerns and created a plan to help her when she was suffering. They were thorough and ensured my daughter understood what was happening. Thank you.

I wish to thank Dr. Athaide for her kind, professional and efficient care. In just a few minutes, she examined me, drew upon her personal experience to choose a procedure that would make me the most comfortable and answered my questions patiently and kindly. When it was time for me to leave the hospital, she ensured I had everything I needed to take home. I'm very grateful for her care.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

Thank you to Nurses Audrey, Reilly, Emily and Bikram at Surrey Memorial Hospital for their tremendous impact on my recovery and life. They were the most empathetic and kind nurses. Thank you for believing me.

Thank you to the staff in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Surrey Memorial Hospital. All the staff were kind, polite and respectful. We really appreciated the care we received.

We had the most fantastic night nurse care for our son while he was in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Nurse Roley gave me the confidence to go home for a couple of nights to be with my other children. I slept peacefully, knowing she was there with my newborn. She went above and beyond in many ways, including reassuring and supporting me through this tough time.

My mom recently spent a week in the Oncology Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Thank you to the nursing staff, who were extremely professional during my mother's tough battle. I would like to recognize Care Aide Saras, who went above and beyond to treat my mother with dignity, respect and care in extremely trying circumstances. Thank you.
