Construction notice - Onsite work near the corner of 55 Ave & 180th Street from January 29 to July 31, 2024.

Work will generally occur from Monday to Sunday, 24hrs per day for the duration of the dates noted above.

Please note that a Variance Permit has been issued by the City of Surrey in reference to By-law 1982, No. 7044. Making every effort to mitigate impacts to neighbours as much as possible.

Construction impacts:

• No functional impacts will occur to the surrounding area outside of regular traffic control for safety purposes.
• Regular construction noise will occur during the construction period noted above.
• Task/Flood lighting will be in place to maintain safety onsite and to the surrounding area.
