For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

Thanks to Dr. Chard, our Emergency Department doctor, alongside our amazing nurse, Wendy. We brought our one-year-old son in for stitches in his mouth and we were so well taken care of. We felt like the most important people in the building when it was our turn for care. Thanks so much. Keep up the good work.

For Burnaby Hospital

I would like to give a shout out to Dr. Pang, Anya, the other wonderful operating room nurse, the pre-operative person who wheeled my bed and put an extra warm blanket on me and the post-operative caregiver. I had a day surgery, and while I may not remember everyone’s name due to the anesthesia, I do remember your faces, kindness, humour and warmth. Thank you for looking after me. I hope you all have a beautiful day.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

I want to thank Dr. Crowe and Paramedic Rebecca as I was treated with good care around my mental health. I was given blankets by Rebecca, and Dr. Crowe helped me, listened to me and was able to help me feel better and calm me down. I felt better after my visit and felt good about the way I was looked after.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I had a CT scan and the technician was the best I have ever had in my life. He was gentle, caring and helped me get on and off the bed. He explained everything he was doing. We chatted about non-medical stuff and he had a great sense of humor. He is a wonderful example of a great health care professional.

For Peace Arch Hospital

I want to thank the person handling the phones in the Surgical Outpatient Unit. She was friendly, extremely helpful and provided excellent guidance on how to better approach my health. I really do appreciate her taking the time out of her day to empathize with me and make suggestions on how to navigate the system better. Thank you.

For Surrey Home Health

We are extending our appreciation for the Home Health team in Surrey. You were there when we needed help and treated our family with care and compassion. Special thanks to Stanley, occupational therapist for Gateway Home Health who went above and beyond to help our family. You should all be very proud of your work - thank you again for your expertise and kindness.
