For Chilliwack General Hospital

I am writing this to acknowledge a cleaning employee named Jack from Chilliwack General Hospital. Jack went above and beyond to make sure the bed and room were clean and safe after a COVID-19 outbreak. Again, truly amazing job. 10/10.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

Thank you to the Surgical Department on West 2A for the care they provided my mom after her surgery. Your care and compassion are greatly appreciated. My mom was nervous going into the surgery, but you made her post-operative experience less nerve-racking.

For the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Our family has visited the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre four times in the past three months. Each time I have been impressed. Each staff member we have interacted with has been friendly and professional. The care we have received has been excellent. We are grateful for this centre. Thank you to the staff.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I had a follow-up ultrasound. The sonographer Callie explained that she was a new tech. I had full confidence in her abilities. She demonstrated excellent patient care skills and assured me that I would be shown modesty during the exam. Callie will make a great asset to any medical imaging department she chooses. Thank you for the care and compassion you showed me.

For the Tri-Cities Public Health Unit

My 12-year-old daughter has a difficult time with needles. We made an appointment to have her second HPV vaccine at the Tri-Cities Public Health Unit as she couldn't manage to have it done at school. We saw Hugo. He was fantastic. He was patient and engaging with my daughter. She got her vaccine and has asked to have her next vaccine with Hugo. Kudos to Hugo, he was awesome. Thanks.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff in the Pediatric Emergency Department for having such compassion and providing empathetic care during a visit for my daughter. Dr. Travis, Dr. Cheung, Registered Nurse Kailyn, Nav and all the staff whose names we didn't catch. We were referred to the Royal Columbian Hospital Pediatric Department where they figured out what was going on with an MRI. She's on the mend.
