I would like to thank the staff at Eagle Ridge Hospital; especially the doctors and nurses on W2A/the Monitored Care Unit that took such loving care of my mom, who passed away. Their care and compassion was greatly appreciated by her family. Thank you.

For Peace Arch Hospital
I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks, appreciation and admiration for the Emergency Department team at Peace Arch Hospital. I have been there three times over the last five months, and always received exceptional, efficient, professional and compassionate care. On all three visits, coincidentally, I was cared for by Dr. Hendry and Emergency Department Nurse Mickey. Their care and attention to detail was over the top, as was the entire staff's. Thank you.
For the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I had the unfortunate experience of crushing my finger. With my family doctor out of town for the week, I needed a hematoma drained. The manager, Claar, at the Urgent and Primary Care Centre helped me get connected to triage and had me in an appointment within hours. Follow up directly from the physician was quick and I was referred to a surgeon. Such a wonderful experience of care. Thank you.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I had an unexpected 15-day hospital admission to 4N at Royal Columbian Hospital. The nurses there are exceptional. I cannot express enough my thanks to everyone on the floor with a few special mentions. Nona, Lillian, Heather and a nurse who was filling in from the Internal Medicine Department were a few who I feel are true and living angels.
