For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I was in the Emergency Department in zone 6. My doctor was Dr. Pourvali and my nurse was named Maggie. I just want to say that I received amazing care from both of them, and am very happy with it. Thank you.

For the Chilliwack Home Health Office

I am visiting Chilliwack to give my caretaker sister a few weeks break. Our parents are 89 and need help with a lot of aspects of daily living. Home Health workers visit four-times-a-day and are angels! I just wanted to send this short note to congratulate Fraser Health on an excellent, well-run program and on the quality of workers. Each and every staff has been polite and professional (including the folks on the phone when we call). A huge thank you from this family.

For Home Health

I just wanted to drop a quick note on the nursing I have been getting. I was in pretty rough shape when I came home from seven weeks in the hospital after having a procedure and a cancer diagnosis.

The nurses who came to see me at home (Marla, Jill and Serena) have been absolutely fantastic in all realms. Marla and Jill were the first to see me when things were tough and their attention to detail and sensitivity to my situation were second to none. They made each visit actually enjoyable and definitely put my wife's and my worries at ease. The last couple of months have been with Serena and that has been absolutely outstanding. Along with being knowledgeable and understanding, her sense of humour has helped our journey along immensely.

We appreciate everyone who has helped, but these three have been exceptional. We could not have asked for better care.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

My experience at Ridge Meadows hospital has been so amazing even though I had an unplanned epidural and c-section. Each and every single health care provider here was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, from beginning to end, top to bottom. Especially every nurse that I had. It made my birth experience a very good one. Thank you so much.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

An extended thank you to the emergency physician who saw me. I am currently in my first trimester with my first pregnancy and experienced symptoms for which I was encouraged to seek emergency care. The emergency physician was genuine, and I felt heard and calm during my examinations. They clearly explained the need for further testing and treatment due to my blood results. You are an asset. Thank you.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I would like to thank everyone in the Medical Imaging Department for the incredible care that I received when I was there for a procedure. Everyone was professional, friendly and obviously very good at their jobs. I could not have had a better experience and I just wanted to say how grateful I truly am. I only remember a few names of the contacts that I had: Ashe, Joseph and I was so rattled that I forgot my radiologist's name. Thank you to everyone.
